7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading claims
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by BynFi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BynFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
